Code Ignitor PHP Framework

We recently discovered Code Ignitor during one of our many journeys on the interweb. It provides a framework that PHP coders can use to create their projects in a quicker and more effective way than coding from scratch.

Frameworks are by no means new, there are plenty of them out there. The more established of those have a large community of users behind them, allowing you to pick up useful information and support quite easily.

Why do we like Code ignitor? Well even though it is relatively new on the framework scene it is very well documented and looks set to become well supported by the community. Add to that the fact the main developer was also a developer of pMachine, a very successful tool that thousands of people use to manage their website and you know you're onto a winnner.
